In this app

No ads, analytics, trackers or purchases. Without an account no data is collected; everything stays on the phone. Optional account (Apple, Google, email): Supabase stores the sign-in email/ID, nickname, friend code, progress, daily results and friends. “Photo sudoku” is recognized on the device and never uploaded.

Scope

This policy covers the app Sudoku Games: Brain Puzzles and this website. The “In this app” section above describes what the app itself does with data; if the app has its own full policy, that policy takes precedence.

This website

No ads, no tracking or analytics cookies. A single lang cookie remembers your language choice.
Pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
Reviews. If you post a review we store the name you enter, your rating and text, the language, the time and a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) to prevent spam. Reviews are moderated; only approved reviews are shown publicly.
The review form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process browser data to tell humans from bots.
Review moderation. Review text is checked by an AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI; a person makes the final decision.
Spark (assistant). Spark is an AI, not a person; it is for ages 13+. Questions are answered by an AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI using this site’s data. We do not store chat text — only counters (number of questions, topic). Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before a question is processed.

Your rights

Write to support@sudarev.app to ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data (we complete requests within 30 days), or see sudarev.app/delete-account.

Age

The game is intended for the age shown on the App Store and Google Play. Reviews and Spark are for ages 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Do not enter personal information in reviews.
